HMCA POLICY

This Student Enrollment Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your purchase of instructional services from Hutto Music & Creative Arts (HMCA).

Registration Fee

There is a $20 non-refundable registration fee per student with the purchase of any private lesson package.

Tuition

• Tuition and the registration fee are due in advance of scheduling any services.

• After purchasing a plan, your subsequent tuition will be billed monthly from the date of registration (approximately every four weeks).

• Recurring payments confirm a new set of services based on your purchased plan.

• Lesson payments are due prior to the first lesson of each month.

• Tuition does not include curriculum or material costs.

• Monthly fees may increase with 30 days’ written notice.

Tuition fees may be refunded in full prior to the delivery of any instructional services, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. For example, if a student is scheduled for their first lesson and fails to provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, one lesson fee may still be charged.

Payment Authorization

By signing this agreement, you authorize Hutto Music & Creative Arts, or any of its affiliated companies, to charge the approved monthly fees and related charges to your credit card through automatic billing. This authorization remains in effect until HMCA receives written notice of cancellation.

Attendance / Reschedule Policy

Regular attendance is critical to the success of lessons. Please plan to attend all lessons and arrive on time and prepared.

Rescheduling Policy

• At least 24 hours’ prior notice is required to reschedule and receive a makeup session.

• Students are allowed one absence per month that is eligible for rescheduling.

• Makeup sessions will be scheduled based on the instructor’s availability.

• If a student does not attend a scheduled makeup session, it will not be rescheduled.
